We had booked 11 rooms for a family function in Mysore and Heritage team was pretty good. The food in specific is very tasty and not very oily which was our requirement. Krishna needs a special mention for his support throughout. We did share some minor feedback which the management took positively.

A very nice place for a group of people. We all family were 12 members. They provided a 5 bedroom villa. It is a very good value for money. Food is nice, good and tidy and rooms. We enjoyed the morning spending in swimming pool. The only downside is they dint have proper swim wear. Staff was co operative. Delicious buffet breakfast was complimentary. Over all we had a nice stay. No parking problem, no congestion anywhere. Though i feel this is a bit far from the center, still i would recommend tourists with big groups staying at this place.

Good Location, Clean Rooms and Clean Swimming pool. You can play TT, Basketball, Badminton and Cricket. Polite and supporting staff. We really liked our stay here. Food seems a little overpriced.

Very very very satisfying experience it was. Rooms and the swimming pool are very well maintained. The staff and management were so supportive, can’t be described. Specially the Manager (Albert sir) has been with us throughout the trip arranging us with the cab and his personal driver. He was very much with us with his personal assistance and protection until we boarded our train. Great stay! Great hospitality!!
